- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, or overload our services
- Do not use Newsly to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Understand that source selection and reading choices are yours alone
5. Third-party content and links
Headlines, summaries, images, and article pages come from third-party publishers via public feeds or links. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of third-party content. Your use of publisher sites is subject to those publishers’ terms and policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Newsly name, branding, app design, and our original site materials are owned by us or our licensors. Publisher trademarks and article content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability
We strive to keep Newsly available, but feeds, hosting, and publisher sites can fail or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Disclaimers
Newsly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Newsly will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
