Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Newsly iOS application and the website at mydailynews.net (together, “Newsly”). By using Newsly, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Newsly is

Newsly is a personal news aggregator. It helps you follow publishers, view headlines and summaries, and open articles on the original publishers’ websites. Newsly does not write, edit, or endorse the underlying news content.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Newsly. If you use Newsly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Newsly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules where applicable.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Third-party content and links

Headlines, summaries, images, and article pages come from third-party publishers via public feeds or links. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of third-party content. Your use of publisher sites is subject to those publishers’ terms and policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Newsly name, branding, app design, and our original site materials are owned by us or our licensors. Publisher trademarks and article content remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Newsly available, but feeds, hosting, and publisher sites can fail or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Newsly is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Newsly will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Newsly. Our total liability for any claim relating to Newsly will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Newsly in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of Newsly or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. By using Newsly, you also acknowledge that policy.
